Client Relations Training

Training Bradcorp Services, Inc. will provide Client Relations Training for employees on each project. This training will be conducted by the Supervisor/Project Manager and will include such topics as:

  • Conflict Avoidance
  • Customer Service
  • Training to Reinforce Safe Work Habits
  • Issue Warnings or Fines as Necessary
  • Daily inspections by the on-site Supervisor
  • OSHA Compliance (Proper Use of Chemicals)
  • Safety Equipment Readiness
  • Safe Work Habits

Management Training

Our Supervisors and Project Managers have received customized management training developed specifically for the contract. The goal of this training is to ensure that contract requirements are understood and met. This training will be conducted at contract start and then every six (6) months to continue understanding and compliying with requirements. This training combined with regular meetings between the Supervisor/Project Manager and Bradcorp’s headquarters will ensure that the contract stays on track.

Custodial Training

Bradcorp will provide Custodial Training for all employees. This training will include, but not be limited to, the following modules;

  • Safety:  OSHA regulations, bloodborne pathogens, hazardous materials, material safety data sheets, proper use of equipment
  • Security and Identification
  • Fire alarm system
  • Emergency Procedures

Bradcorp will submit a Custodial Training Plan to the Contract Manager and will certify that all contract employees have completed the training. Contract employees hired after the contract start date will also be required to complete training. Each prospective employee that successfully completes the training will receive a Certificate of Completion.
